This holder is designed to be printed in vase mode, weighing less than 1.5g and printable in about 5 minutes on even a very slow printer. It can also be printed without any top/bottom layer and with your infill choice (I went with 15% gyroid and 10% infill to wall overlay to have a nice visible pattern).

I included a 0.4mm version to force a vase mode-like print, if needed.
