A case for the raspberry pi zero 2w which you can alter to suit your need. The different configurations allow the opening for various ports. If you wouldn't like to have a hole opening for the sd card for example, you could choose not to have that bit open.
Available files to download include the file with all different connection ports open.
If you'd like some of them not exposed, check the OnShape link below which you can easily change the parameters and export in stl. No account needed, just follow the link, change the configuration settings and right click export at the top or bottom parts to stl.
Remember to print in a material that can hanlde some raised temperature especially if your application uses the CPU a lot which in turn drives the chip really hot. I would choose something different than PLA, I made the above in ASA/ABS.

HDMI port cut out : yes/no
SD card cut our : yes/no
Pin Headers cut out : no/serial pins (90 degree pin headers used for serial headless conection)

3d printer hole supports : yes / no
Regarding 3d printer hole supports, is a trick for the slicer so you don't need to use actual supports.
Once printed, go in with a hobby knife and twist to cut the hole. Alternatively you can just punch it with a screwdriver.
