This is a flat plastic hinge designed for use in campers, where lightweight, compact, all-plastic solutions are often needed. Unlike central-pin hinges (which are often too thick), this model has a slim profile that fits easily even in tight spaces.

🧪 I'm currently testing it in PLA, but I recommend printing in PETG for better strength and durability, especially when exposed to heat or mechanical stress.

📐 The Fusion360 source file is included, so you can easily adjust the dimensions to fit your needs.

🛠 I'm still working on optimizing the alignment of the top layes: right now, I'm not getting two or three perfectly matching top layers. Aligning the hinge longitudinally with respect to the fold seems to offer the best compromise between flexibility and strength.
