Wanted to mount a can of mozzie repellent out front of our Christmas lights show for people to use.  This is my answer to that. Key considerations were for it to mount reasonably securely to the top of the post and have adequate drainage to not have the can sitting in a puddle rusting up.

Assembly:

1. Glue Spray Holder Base to Spray Holder Middle
2. Glue Spray Holder Top to the the shelf on the inside of each of the arms from Spray Holder Middle
3. Wrap a rubber band around those arms to clamp them to the top until the glue sets.
