It fits the Raspberry Pi Pico perfectly with no screws, the RPi and the lid slide from the back (see pictures). It's ideal when you don't need any IO, just a USB connection.
I made it as tiny as possible (1mm features, 0.2mm tolerance, 0.5mm chamfer).
This model was made as part of another project that I have on GitHub. The source file (FreeCAD) is also available on GitHub (includes a different project box).
Printing
I only ever printed it in PLA. 0.2mm or 0.12mm layers (0.12mm best). No supports.
Print the lid flat side down.
Only 5g of material.
Important Notes
Clean the print well, ensuring that any extra material is removed (especially near the rails and latch).
When inserting the USB cable, avoid stress on the lid by holding your thumb near the latch.
To remove the lid pull down slightly near the latch while sliding the lid.
