Summary
Part of a larger standing desk project. Cable management in progress, please ignore the mess. This was the first larger Autodesk Fusion design I completed, still a very big amateur in Fusion.
The standing desk is a budget desk from Amazon, CubiCubi Electric Standing Desk 60 x 24 Inches. Appears to be the same as a FEZiBO desk.
Leg dimension is 46mm wide x 66mm deep, the mount is slightly oversized to 46.4mm x 66.4mm to accommodate print tolerance.
Uses (8) - 4mm heat insert nuts and M4 screws, I used 20mm long screws because that's what I had on hand but you can use much shorter ones like 10mm. The base plate is only 3mm thick.
Printed on a Qidi Plus4, used the cut tool in the Qidi slicer to break it up in to printable sections. Dovetails worked great, make sure you know your tolerances or you'll have fun making them fit....ask me how I know. The Qidi slicer added a print defect to the top of the leg portion of the mount, it is not from the model. Also had a few layer shifts at some tree support points, thanks again Qidi. Ignoring these and some additional handwork it fit together like an extremely tight glove.
Used 40% gyroid infill, 4 walls on the upper leg portion. Thought it might be overkill and printed the rest with 25% infill, 6 walls. Used 6kg in total to print.
The PC is older iBUYPOWER Revolt 2. Roughly 13.5" by 4.5" feet spacing.
