We have a nativity scene that needed a light. The white LED tea light looked horrible so it was necessary to create a cover.

The outside diameter of the tea light is a tick over 37mm so I made the inside diameter 37.5 mm. This fit snugly over the light. The “candle” diameter is 7mm so I made the center hole 8mm.

This is meant for LED tea lights only. DO NOT USE ON A BURNING WICK.

I printed this with my Anycubic Kobra 3 in about a half hour. This should scale easily to other LED tea light fixtures. just go about .5 mm above the outside diameter and it should fit great.

I used PLA because I had the color she wanted in PLA. Thinking PETG may have a better finish but have not tried it.
