I have created a USB cap smiley face that will fit any USB Type A connector. It's a project that I did just for fun but it received a large amount of interest when I started wearing it at work.

It's made in three parts: The face, a USB cap and eyes+mouth that press fit into the holes in the face.

I have included a generic RSA token holder that I found on Thingiverse (amazing design, well done) that the smiley face pairs with beautifully. The smiley face cap is designed to replace the standard cap that comes with the RSA token.

Have some fun and remix this design to replace the smiley face with some other design. I've thought about doing a love heart, star, radiation symbol etc.

Print smiley face up and experiment with supports. Be careful removing support material around the lanyard clips.

The eyes and mouth press fit into the face. The usb cap press fits into the smiley face.

I've modified the token holder to print without supports. There are three blocks that will easily separate from the holder by hand once printed. Print without supports.
