This first prototype is just a solid block with holes (of differing depths) and a ramp are cut out. It is intended to be used as a test tube holder and "phantom" for experiments in a magnetic resonance imaging device. The ramp allows one to measure slice thickness or position.

If to be used as intended (for MRI in a water bath), best to be printed with 100% infill. Otherwise, there will be significant susceptibility artifacts ( http://www.mritutor.org/mritutor/suscept.htm ).
