created to allow use of leds with inline driver that cant fit in the normal housing.

may need to upsize to 102% total (so a .02 increase not double or more)

for the vent model i used a small piece of oil/water separator cloth to prevent dust ingress. created due to heat concerns but may not be needed for most setups.
