Modeling with Fusion 360

This drill clamp is suitable for all types of electric drills with a diameter of 48mm. By installing a spring, it achieves elastic return, not only making the drilling process smoother but also effectively ensuring that the drilled hole is always straight. I set the print fill rate to 40%, and the finished product is extremely strong and durable. The drill clamp is installed using a friction fit method. Printing was done using Real Blue PLA from 3D Solutech, with the first layer set to a temperature of 210℃ and the remaining layers adjusted to 205℃.
