This is a design of a housing to use the LED driver DPL110 (350mA, 10W) for a desk lamp.
The original power supply was broken and I did not find any suitable replacement.
Printing
- bottom, cover and 2x cablefixator should be printed with ABS, PETG, or similar
- grommets with flexible (TPU)
Assembly
- fixation of the DLP110:
- 2x 2.9x6.5mm tap screws
- there is 2 types of grommets for 2 different wires:
- 6mm round (typical power supply cable)
- 2x 2.9x13mm screws
- twin cable 2x0.75mm (typical low voltage cable)
- 2x 2.9x9.5mm screws
- 6mm round (typical power supply cable)
- assembly of housing
- 4x 2.9x9.5mm tap screws for the housing
