I designed this piece to ease the assembly of aluminium profile chassis (profile size: 20mm by 10mm, with an inner dimension of 18mm by 8mm).

It's very tight so it does not need any glue or screws to stay in place.

Printed with 3 perimeters and 5% gyroid infill, it should be strong enough.
