Summary
Remix of Egil project, added cooling grid - helps a lot.
Added lower version, to screw top part only, directly to any surface of ex. wall power adapter (must be holes for connector's pins and two screws), inside adapter at Output pins added capacitor 470uF/35V .
STL file edited in Fusion360.
