Summary
This is a remix of Rock75's Eclips3D Titan Gantry with a number of changes, many of which are to reduce the amount of print support. Some cable tie-downs have been added, and the bore for the oil-free bushings has been increased.
Last but not least, a provision to mount an Escher3D Mini Differential IR height sensing board has been added.
This will change the gantry's effective height to zero, a new Z Axis Endstop switch mount will be required. You will need to print the base from Rock75's Titan Extruder compatible "Z" endstop for Eclips3D, along with the provided modified slider.

Contracted this out to a printing house to be printed in PLA/PHA.
The mount should be possible to successfully print without supports on a printer with good bridging performance.
The cable mount insert may need cleanup after printing. It is oriented so that it may be printed without support, but the downwards facing area with the mounting screw hole may need to be filed and the hole opened up with a 1/8" drill bit.
Post-Printing
To complete assembly you will also need (from the original gantry):
- 7 x M3 * 16 (D2) hex socket cap screws
- 1 x M3 *20 (D3) hex socket cap screw
- 1 x M3 *8 (D1) hex socket cap screw
- 10 x M3 (D8) square nuts
- 4 x Misumi MDZB10-10 oil free bushings
The X Axis Endstop will need a shorter screw:
- 1 x M3 * 6 mm hex socket cap screw
The cable mount insert will need a new screw and nut:
- 1 x M3 * 11 mm hex socket cap screw
- 1 x M3 (D8) square nut
The Y Rod Clamp Trigger (A17) needs to be relocated from the back left location to the front left of the Y-Slider, to account for the different location for the X Axis Endstop.
Insert the Oil Free Bushings with the smooth rods in place. By using the rods as a guide, they help keep the bushings parallel to the rod, and to each other. Inserting the bushings without the rods inserted can lead to excessive binding of the gantry on the rods.
Be aware that the hotend cannot be inserted or removed from the Titan with the front rod in place. It's recommended that you fully assemble the gantry before assembling it onto the X Slider rod.
How I Designed This
This is designed in OpenSCAD, by importing the original part and then using set operations to add and remove features.
The file is set up to render for fit check the fan duct from Eclips3D Titan Gantry by Rock75, E3D titan extruder without stepper by taxilian and the End Stop Board by MindRealm.
I've provided simplistic models for the DC42 Differential IR Sensor and the 17HS10-0704S NEMA 17 Stepper Motor.
