This is a 2x2 Gridfinity bin for a pair of 123 blocks laying horizontally on their side. There are a lot of 123 block holders but I couldn't find any that squeezed them into a 2x2 grid.

This is a single color print, ignore the color around the top edge. I add them to my gridfinity bins using a modifier in the slicer software.
