Editor: Regarding the cake stands I use, some friends have asked for more details. The cake stands I purchased
This design was recreated based on the original version by Maaarsl. Thank you for your inspiration! I made some minor adjustments to the original design. Since I couldn't find a container with exactly the same dimensions, I selected a model with similar dimensions to adapt to the smaller size of the eSun filament spools.
When printing, I used a layer height of 0.28 mm and did not use support structures. All parts were printed in one go on the Ender 5 Pro.
In addition to the printed materials, the following accessories are also required:
1 PC4 M6 Borden-style connector
A Borden-style Teflon PTFE tube that can be cut to any length according to personal needs
2 pieces of 608ZZ bearings
3 M5×30 bolts and nuts
3 pieces of 5 mm washers
6 M4×15 bolts and nuts
6 pieces of 4 mm washers
Please make sure to drill holes accurately in the correct positions and operate strictly in accordance with the original design requirements. Be careful to avoid causing cracks in the container's plastic due to excessive force.
Finally, place the silica gel desiccant pack that eSun provides with the reel at the bottom of the container, below the reel.
I have been using it for a while now, and it runs stably without any glitches.
