This Raspberry Pi 4B case offers multiple configurations and is flexible enough to adapt to different application scenarios. The two parts of the case feature a snap-on design, which can be easily disassembled by gently pressing inward on both sides of the front and lifting it up. The case was modeled and designed by OnShape.

Configuration options
There are two different designs at the bottom of the chassis: one is suitable for the installation method where the bolts pass through the motherboard from top to bottom and are fixed to the base, and the other supports the installation scheme where the bolts are inserted from bottom to top. If, like me, you need to choose the installation method where the bolts are inserted from below for the radiator or HAT module, this design will be very helpful. Assembly instructions
Before starting assembly, please first remove the SD card from the Raspberry Pi. Align the side I/O cover with the I/O interface on the Raspberry Pi and insert it into place. Then, insert the Raspberry Pi into the bottom component of the enclosure, ensuring that the I/O cover is accurately snapped into its designated position. Install the bolts and nuts as needed to securely fix the Raspberry Pi inside the enclosure. If you need to install a HAT module or DSIO interface cable, you can do so at this step.
