I don't have to worry about running out of materials for TPU printing anymore!
This modification is designed to solve the common material jamming problem of the Anycubic Kossel when using TPU filament. Anyone who has tried printing with TPU will understand this very well. Moreover, after appropriate adjustments, this solution is also applicable to other 3D printers with a Delta architecture.
The assembly process is very simple. Just follow the instructions in the pictures, and everything will be clear at a glance.
Take a piece of Teflon tube about 1 inch long, cut and shape it into a triangle as shown in the figure, and then put all the parts back in place. The whole device is ready! It's worth mentioning that this modification is still perfectly compatible with all kinds of consumables with a specification of 1.75mm.
The installation hole of the PC4-M6 connector may be a bit loose, but it can still be screwed in successfully. If you have any needs, I can also further enlarge the hole diameter according to your requirements~
So far, I have conducted more than 50 hours of printing tests continuously, and there has been no material jamming during the entire process. It can be said that the material jamming problem during TPU printing has been completely solved.
The TPU printing parameters I set in S3D are as follows:
Nozzle diameter: 0.6mm
Extrusion ratio: 1.00
Extrusion width: 0.45mm
Pull-back function: Enabled, using the default settings
Floor height: 0.2mm
Printing speed: 40mm/s
Outline speed: 40%
Solid filling line speed: 40%
Overlap of the contour line: 25%
