STL is for Prusament spool. But you can download f3d file, and in Fusion 360 Modify→Change parametrs, change dimension parameters for any spool size.

If you are looking for dimensions on the internet, be careful that as internal diameter is described the dimension on picture above. Because sometimes as internal diameter is described the diameter of internal hole, what is not correct dimension to configure.
