I moved my printer to living room. To make it quieter and eliminate fumes and get a chamber with clean air andcontrolled air temperature i build an enclosure.
The filter holder is made from 2 parts one is glued or screwed on the side / top of the printer and second part slides on the first one holding the 20mm eps ball acting as a check valve. So the opening from the enclosure where the printer is to the top part - dry box for filament is closing if the blower is not running - cooling the printer chamber thus preventing aditional moisture entering the dry box and cooling it down.
Second filter is installed on the bottom of enclosure to provide fresh clean - no dust air to the printer. Here only particle filter is used. Eps ball is used as check valve preventing fresh air entering if the blower is not running or fumes exiting the chamber.
On the pictures spool is still in the chamber because I am printing spool holders to install them in the dry box above the printer. A design I found on Thingiverse but needed to be slightly modified.
When the thermometer and moisture meter arive they will be mounted in the enclosure to control the temperature and moisture.
