Modeled after the broken impeller from my Summer Waves 1000 pool filter pump.
I made the impeller blades thicker and added some fillets to strengthen them.

I printed my replacement from PLA with 100% infill. It would probably be better to print with another material.

Print upside down blades down and use some support to the build plate.
