Abstract

I want a simple and elegant pink case to hold my pink Mango Pi RISC-V SBC board:

• Except for the top, all GPIO pins in all directions are well protected against external impacts or accidental touches.
• Both the PHY port and the display cable port adopt a snap-fit design, which firmly locks them in place. These two interfaces are prone to loosening and popping open on their own, but this case can effectively secure them in their proper positions. If you need to use either of these interfaces, please make sure to complete the connection before sealing the case.
• A heat sink installation hole with a diameter of about 11mm×11mm or 12mm×12mm is reserved in the CPU area.
• There is a small groove at the bottom of the casing, which allows the uFL antenna to be successfully connected and extended outside the casing.
• In order to deal with the extremely bright power indicator light, a small raised area was specially designed above the light on the printout, which not only serves to block the light, but also makes the overall appearance more harmonious.
• On the side of the body, a thumb-sized groove has been thoughtfully reserved, making it easy for users to remove the SD card and completely put an end to the "SD card dilemma".

Overall, I'm very satisfied with the printed product. It has a solid feel and a stable structure, which gives me a great sense of security.

Hardware information:

• The base is fixed with four M2×6 screws and four M2 washers. Although the tolerance is a bit tight, by properly tightening the screws, the pre-tension force of the screws is enough to completely embed the thread into the countersunk hole, ensuring a firm and reliable fixation.
