You can print all the parts with NO support then match the length to make it suitable for your project! 

I didn't design holes for holder so you'll need to measure and drill holes based on you light design then use M2/M3 screws

Added 2 L-brackets (right and left) to be mounted on glass or ceramic surface using suction cup!

again you need to drill holes based on your measurment and use screw to fix it in place.
