I decided to have a try at getting some better nozzle visibility this weekend, I modeled this unit and printed everything and installed today. Performance is on par with the stock set up more or less. It moves the fan back and and keeps a relatively straight air flow path to the nozzle for the stock fan. The models are set up for heat set inserts in all bolts with the exception of the hot end fan vortex breaker. All of the stock hardware can be re-used but will require a cable extension for the part cooling fan. Also need some M2x14mm screws for the part cooling fan if you wish to use the vortex breaker here otherwise the stock hardware should work. 

The Y Offset mod has been on my list for some time also so I tossed that into the mix for this project. Its a true zero on Y and -55 on X for the new probe location
