Remixed with a bit more strength and does not need supports
the fan aperture is totally enclosed and a little bit of clearance
for the fan . Vents added in the back of the main box.
The files with fan in the title have a bit more clearance for the fan.
Added a fan cover and made the lid and body clip together. This was
to make it easier to assemble the pi into it. And finally i added the diamond mesh
to the body , it looked neater when it was printed .
The clip together version with diamond mesh seem to work best for me.

Final edit . uploaded two files only with slight dimension changes to allow for a slightly
longer hat.

depending how good your printer bridges gaps.
