Working off the original design, I tweaked it a little to add all 3 utensils and made the pivot a tiny bit smaller and taller. When I printed it, the pivot would not fit as it was a little to wide. I narrowed it a bit and made it taller to allow for the knife. You will need to add some sort of adhesive in the pivot to keep them together but the utensils will still move freely.
