I put port covers on everything I know, but normal silicone ones aren't available for many ports and connectors used across the Maker / Electronics / Arduino / RaspberryPi world. So this page is where I put all the connector cover models I've made, but mostly focused on the M5Stack ecosystem. Their main connector is a HY2.0 2mm pin spacing 4 pin plug and the VH3.96 4 pin plug.
Still a work in progress, but the HY2.0 models are 100% functional, but still need some fine tuning to completely cover the port, as currently there are tiny gaps which do not enter the main pin chamber, but it works as-is. One has an extended tab to just barely peek out past the connector, to catch with your nail or small screwdriver to pop it out, the other has a small ring to tie a small loop of cord/thread to act as pull handle. All my models are very snug, and printing with random seams works quite well for making the friction fit be much more secure and snug.
The same applies to the VH3.96 ports which are heavy duty connectors. The model works, is snug, but I haven't added a handle so if you use it as-is, chances are you won't get it back out of the connector! For testing I drilled a hole and put a loop of cord to act as a pull handle to remove it.
Still work in progress, picture might be confusing, used a silicone USB-C port cover to cover the power pins on the canbus xt30 connector and it fit quite well, along with silicone port covers on the usb a and usbc ports on the powerhub and the stick, and an attached silicone usb-c on the Unit-C6L.
