The clips that attach the solar cover to the solar cover reel system are nylon and breakdown when exposed to sunlight for a few years. The clips provided are not very good quality and often spring open putting tension on the remaining clips, that can lead to tearing of the cover where the clips attach.

The two-part clips in this design are intended to be held together by 1/4" x 3/4" SS bolts (M6 x 20mm will work fine).

They are designed for 6 mil pool cover material. The f3d and STEP files are included to allow adaptation for different thicknesses of cover material.

The clips were printed using PETG.
