Couldn't find any 90 degrees cable protectors so I had to create one. Tested out on my wacom tablet, it sits nice and flush.

There is a locking system implemented. First insert the cable pointing up and then twist it into the hole. It should be a nice tight fit but your mileage may vary depending on the cable. Because of this lock are supports needed on the inside.
