OpenSCAD remake of Self-centering tapered-thread Z-axis coupling [v2].
I've included coupler_5_5.stl and nut_5.stl generated with this script for comparison to the original.

Supports separate custom top and bottom thread angles to enable printing smaller threads without overhang.
