Summary
Now I'm not going to take a side on the Cats v. Dogs debate, but I am going to say the pups needed fidget representation as well. I designed this fidget in tinkercad and took inspiration (and the thumb pins) from Lucina's amazingly customizable Cat (pick-a-weight) Fidget Spinner.
I'd print at or north of 50% infill.
