Handlebar Bicycle Bell Mount

This is a 3D printed mount for a bicycle bell that allows you to mount the bell closer to the center of the handlebar. This is useful if you have had your handlebars shortened to fit between cars more easily while cycling in the city. The handlebar gets thicker the closer you get to the stem, so a standard bell mount won't fit.

This mount uses an M4 nut and the original M4 screw from your bicycle bell. The M4 nut is angled at 45 degrees to accommodate the longer screw needed to wrap around the thicker part of the handlebar.

Printing Instructions

The filament you choose is not critical for this print, but it is recommended to use a durable filament such as ASA or PETG. You can also use PLA, but it may be more susceptible to breaking if you crash your bike and warping from the sun.

Infill density 50%-100% is recommended. Also I used 5 perimeters and 5 top and bottom layers.

Assembly Instructions

1. Print the bicycle bell mount.
2. Insert the M4 nut into the angled channel in the mount.
3. Attach the mount to your bicycle bell using the original M4 screw.
4. Wrap the mount around your handlebar and tighten the M4 screw to secure it in place.
