During a recent build I wanted to hold a cable out of the way.  2 minutes in Onshape later I designed this zip tie/cable tie bracket.

It has a hole that a 2.5mm wide zip tie will fit through and a hole for a M3 bolt to join it to the build.

I printed it in PETG with a 0.6mm nozzle (only because that was what was fitted to the printer at the time). It didn't need any supports for such small holes so orientation shouldn't make any difference to the print.
