We lost the washer (for want of a better word) from the accellerator, after much trial and error and some still photos from this youtube video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MXFEPv8KBF0), was able to create a new one that functions well.
I designed this specifically for my ender 3, and I suspect it needs more fine tuning, so if you print it, you may need to adjust the dimensions.
If I get around to better tuning my printer I will tweak the freecad project and upload it.

Notes:
This printed better at .20 (closer to the original dimensions), and perhaps an even finer resolution might have even been better, but certainly anything above .20 was not a good choice
