I designed this tray to hold my collection of Plug Cutters that are housed in the wood blocks they came in (my Daughter stole the box they came in for crafts). Now they have a place on my pegboard.

The inside dimensions in the model are 109.5 mm by 51.5 mm.

It is sized to fit on a 1/4 inch pegboard with 1 inch on center spacing.

I would print this with either 4 wall line count and any infill you want or if you print at 2 wall line count then I would use at least 15% infill.

I used 3D-Fuel Pro PLA for this print. It is really strong and easy to print and it can be annealed to get more strength and temperature resistance. It is my go to filament for functional prints.

I included the Fusion 360 file for ease of remixing.

Notes:

If you use 0.4mm line width with wall line count of 4 the walls of the print will be solid and very strong

Post-Printing =============

Just pull the supports off and I use a de-burring tool to smooth and round over the bottom edges.
