I used 100% infill for the rod, everything else is 40% infill and I used tri-hexagon infill pattern in Cura. 

There is definitely room for improvement, maybe adding a metal bearing instead of printed pulley, changing orientation of the pulley.

Base-v2 was added because the top half that holds the rods broke due to thin walls so I expanded them in v2. However if this happens, it will still work

I super glued the rod to the holes.
