Ever lost the clip that holds the screw used to hold you camera to the tripod? I did, so I made this clip. It clips onto the adjusting screw to hold it onto the tripod bracket... when the camera is not on it. Prints in about or less than one minute depending on how you slice it.

Use a support base to help keep the part on the bed while 3D printing. Print in ABS or PLA material. clips onto a 4-5 mm sloted screw neck with thread OD of 6 mm, I think this is a common size for this type of screw, but check the size of your screw to see if it will fit. Clip sits flush in tripod camera support base so it is clear of camera when the camera is mounted onto tripod support base. This clip replaced a metal spring clip which was too thin and came off and got lost. This design is thicker, and it keeps the screw from rocking as much... allowing only it to slide in the support base slot.
