Fixed all of the non-manifold parts and naively combined the meshes via boolean union. (fixes supports intersecting model and random holes appearing while printing)

The knee blade supports have also been strengthened and the shoulder pads attached to the torso.

The included .blend file has non-manifolds fixed, but the meshes aren't combined (for easier manipulation, as this introduces a lot of spurious geometry)
