This cover is meant to conceal the larger E-ZPass Flex used in the Mid-Atlantic and Minnesota. I just didn't quite like having such a huge white rectangle visible from the outside of the vehicle.

It should clear the existing mounting spots for the adhesive mount assuming they are positioned in their intended spots. I just used some double-sided mounting tape to attach the cover to the rear of the E-ZPass unit.
