My cycling shoes support both “2-hole” SPD cleats, and “3-hole” Delta cleats, but when using Delta cleats the 2-hole plate slid back and forth whilst cycling, making an annoying rattle/clacking sound on every peddle stroke. My cheap shoes did not have a removable insole that could have allowed for the plate to just be removed, so I created a spacer that holds the plate as far back as it will go, stopping the noise.

I printed this out of PLA on my Prusa Mini+.
