The IKEA Navlinge plastic hinge breaks easily when connected to Malm bed. I decided to replace the broken bracket with my own design. This simple design is cleaner too.

I recommend printing it in the orientation shown in the picture for best quality of the screw hole threads. Manually paint some supports to keep it from moving during printing. Add a 10-20mm brim to keep it attached to the plate. The default support diameter did not work for me and I had to reinforce them as well. All the support interfaces are behind or inside the bracket and not visible.

Disassemble the lamp. You must take apart the light switch. There are no screws, just gently pry it open with a flathead. Cut the black negative wire at the bottom then open the smaller switch and remove the positive plates by pulling up. Pay attention to the orientation of the metallic actuator that connects the plates.

Once disassembled, run the wire through the top hole and screw the stem to the mount. Resolder the black wire and protect it with a heat shrink tube. Reassemble the light switch. Alternatively, you may skip the switch if using a wireless outlet. I wanted to keep the functionality.

Printed on white PETG in 0.16mm layer height. PLA should work fine as well.
