Replacement hinge for B&D Garage door. One half of part number OT6559.
I designed this myself and have tested it working.
You can use the included tool file to print a ring that assists in the removal of the pin holding the original together.
I have tested this through 5 open/close cycles in PETG and is still working fine. Added a small amount of garage door lube to the pin before inserting.
It's probably better to print it in nylon though.
I probably wouldn't trust an entire garage door built with these things, but for a quick replacement when one breaks it works a treat.
Note v2 file uploaded slightly different from photos and has more bracing to make it stronger
