Finishing the parts
You might need to slightly open the holes depending on your printer, a drill bit or file should do fine.
Rollerblade Wheels
I purchased a cheap pair of roller blades on sale, you might be able to get a set from a thrift store. My wheels are 76mm flat (all 8 wheels are the same size). Other wheels sizes would work too.
The wheel diameter is 76mm
The axle is 6mm diameter
The inside diameter of the bearings and bushings is slightly larger than 6mm (approx. 6.1mm)
The width of the wheel including the bushings is 28mm
The length of the axle is 33mm without the heads, or 40mm with the heads
