I wanted to hang a small light above some plants, but did not want to screw anything into the wall or window frame.
I made this simple bracket that allows me to hang my light, but is not attached, and just hangs on the window surround.
A hook hangs the hanger to the top of the window surround (top hook), and a second hook actually holds what you want to suspend (hanger hook), a horizontal brace prevents the hook being pulled down - in effect the top hook is a center of rotation, but is prevented from rotating owing to the brace, and if all things are 'snug', and the brace holds the hanger beyond the vertical, then hanger just works and can be easily removed when you want - without leaving any holes.
The hanger will most likely need adjustment to make it work on your window surrounds, especially if there's not too much grip on the top of the window surround - but at least this will be a starting point/idea.
