This is a castle hinge system I designed to actually use on my box fan in my room so I can have full use of opening my window when needed instead of having to pinch the fan into the window fully open. It also give you the added bonus of being able to angle it out and lock it into place. When I printed I printed on in a .4 nozzle and a .6 both at .2mm layer Hight. The .4 turned out perfect however the .6 I did have to shave just a small bit off the teeth of one of the hinges so they fit together properly.
