Materials used:

1/2inch reflective foam board - commonly used for garage insulation

aluminum foil tape - commonly used for HVAC

small magnets 

printed parts

bracket A is used to join two walls

brackets B and C are the hinges for your doors

the hardware is used to secure the A bracket to foam board and also for the hinges

Cut foam panels to desired size and cover all edges in foil tape (this adds rigidity for the pins)

print parts and assemble. I taped small magnets on the top panel and each door for magnetic latching im using 5x2mm round magnets.

This enclosure has worked well for my prusa mini and gets just over 130F with no active heater. I am successfully printing very large ASA parts with no warping.
