After over tightening jaw in my original vise shattered, so I 3D printed a replacement. 

I redesigned it slightly to have replaceable jaw inserts that can be printed with different density or material i.e. flexible. 

3 fasteners at the top hold replaceable lip, 2 extra fasteners to hold the part together to prevent layer separation.

Glue M10 nut to the body with superglue, to prevent it shifting when the jaw is opened.
