My Ender 3v2 printed this in about 7 hours total. However, more modern printers should be able to knock this out in much less time. Please note that if you try to scale this down, the swirls on the portal may not be visible.

I've included the FreeCAD file in case anyone wants to tweak it to suit their needs.
