Are messy charging cables cluttering your workspace or dangling onto the floor? Are cable organizers that don’t fit your cords properly leaving you frustrated and your cables slipping out? This innovative solution makes it simple to install or remove cables without the hassle. The setup features two components: a flexible organizer and a sturdy mounting rail, keeping everything neat, tidy, and within easy reach.

Organizer (TPU)
Print the cable holder in TPU (or another flexible filament). The slight flexibility allows you to bow the piece to widen the gap and slip your cables in or out effortlessly—no need to force or permanently stretch the organizer.

Mounting Rail (PETG/PLA)
The mounting rail is designed to be printed in a sturdier material, such as PETG or PLA, to provide a secure support. It features a small section that requires supports.

Mounting Options
This design uses my Mounting Rail System, which gives you two installation choices:

1. Screw Mounting: Attach the rail to any surface using standard screws.
2. 3M Command Strips: A non-permanent, adhesive solution for damage-free mounting.

Printing Tips:

1. Organizer (TPU)
   • Infill: ~15-20% (enough to maintain flexibility)
   • Layer Height: 0.2 mm recommended
   • Supports: None required
2. Mounting Rail (PETG/PLA)
   • Infill: ~20% (for structural integrity)
   • Layer Height: 0.2 mm recommended
   • Supports: Only necessary under the small protrusion on the rail
3. Assembly
   • Once printed, simply snap the flexible organizer into the mounting rail.
   • Secure the mount to your chosen surface with screws or Command Strips.

With this simple yet effective solution, you’ll never have to search for a dropped charging cable again. Keep your space organized and your cables at the ready!
